Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across India through our trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery, BlueDart, Safexpress, DTDC, and Tracon. Our services cover deliveries ranging from 0.5 kg to 2000 kg.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
• Priority Express Delivery: 1-3 business days for urgent shipments.
• Heavy Load & Bulk Shipments: Delivery timelines vary based on distance and load.

Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational issues, or regulatory restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on weight, distance, and service type. Exact charges are calculated at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Dispatch confirmation, including tracking details, will be sent via email/SMS once the shipment is dispatched.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

• A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender, and additional reshipping charges may apply.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Any errors may lead to delays or non-delivery.

7. Restricted Locations & Service Limitations

Certain remote areas may have limited service availability or extended delivery times. Hazardous or restricted items may not be shipped per government regulations.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
• Lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and provide resolution based on courier policies.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is subject to the nature of the shipment. If eligible, claims will be processed as per our Return Policy guidelines.
